Terms of use
Version of 6.10.2026. These terms will be reviewed by a lawyer before the service opens to the public.
Who we are and what the service is
Mekablim (מקבלים) is operated by Dmitriy Myachin. The service includes a free rights guide and calculators, and a document check that ends with a report. We are private and independent, and not connected to Bituach Leumi, the Tax Authority, insurers or pension funds.
The report is information, not advice
The report and calculators are general information and an estimate based on the documents and answers you gave and on the rules known to us on the day of the check. They are not legal, medical, financial or tax advice, and not representation. Only the competent authorities decide entitlement and amounts. We do not file claims on your behalf.
Who may use it
The service is for people aged 18 and over. Upload your own documents, or another person's only if you are entitled to by law — for example a parent of a minor or a guardian — or with that person's consent.
What we ask of you
Give information that is correct and as complete as you can; do not upload harmful files or documents you are not entitled to upload; do not try to harm the site, get around limits or access other people's checks. The link to continue your check is personal: whoever holds it can see the check, so do not pass it on.
Your information
We process your information under the privacy policy: only to check your rights, with automated reading outside Israel with your consent, and we delete everything after 30 days or sooner at your request. Your documents remain yours.
Payment
The preview is free. The price of the full report is shown before you pay. Cancellation and refunds follow the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that you will receive any particular right or amount, and we are not responsible for other bodies' decisions or for errors caused by missing or wrong information. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the report.
Site content
The texts, calculators, design and code belong to us. You may share links and quote briefly with a link to the source. You may not copy the site or large parts of it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version date is at the top of the page. A check already started continues under the terms in force when it began. We may stop the service or part of it; a check already paid for will be completed or refunded.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
