Which documents to prepare
You do not need all of them. Every extra document makes the check more accurate.
- Your insurance policies. On the Ministry of Finance's Har HaBituach site (הר הביטוח). Download your list of policies to a file.
- Pension savings. Your annual pension fund statement or a statement from the fund's personal area. It also shows the disability cover inside the fund.
- Bituach Leumi. In your personal area on the Bituach Leumi site: which benefits you receive and any disability percentage set for you.
- Form 106. From your employers, for each of the last 6 years.
- Medical documents. In your health fund's app: your list of diagnoses, hospital discharge letters and test results.
What the full report includes
- Every right we found: what it is, why your documents suggest you qualify, and which document it is based on.
- An estimated amount for each right — as a range, not a promise.
- Which documents to attach and where to apply.
- Key deadlines: how long you have to apply and how far back payments go.
- A clear mark of what is certain and what is worth checking with a professional.
