About us and how we check information
Mekablim (מקבלים) is an online service that uses your documents to find which benefits, tax refunds and insurance payments you are owed. We are a private, independent service: not Bituach Leumi, not the Tax Authority, not an insurer and not a law firm.
What we do
- A free rights guide: a short, plain explanation of each right — who qualifies, how much is paid and how to apply.
- A document-based check: upload your documents and get a list of the rights you are probably entitled to. The check opens soon.
- A fixed price for the full report, with no percentage of the money you receive.
How we write the guide
- Every fact and amount comes from a primary source: the law, the Bituach Leumi website, the Tax Authority and pension fund regulations. Every page links to its sources.
- Every page shows when we last checked it. We recheck amounts every January and whenever the law changes.
- We write our own text in plain language and do not copy from other websites.
- When something is uncertain or depends on circumstances, we say so.
What the guide is not
The guide is general information, not legal advice, and it does not replace checking your case with the body that pays. Free help exists too, such as Bituach Leumi's Yad Mechavenet centres.
