Which documents to prepare

You do not need all of them. Every extra document makes the check more accurate.

  1. Your insurance policies. On the Ministry of Finance's Har HaBituach site (הר הביטוח). Download your list of policies to a file.
  2. Pension savings. Your annual pension fund statement or a statement from the fund's personal area. It also shows the disability cover inside the fund.
  3. Bituach Leumi. In your personal area on the Bituach Leumi site: which benefits you receive and any disability percentage set for you.
  4. Form 106. From your employers, for each of the last 6 years.
  5. Medical documents. In your health fund's app: your list of diagnoses, hospital discharge letters and test results.
